Not so long ago, Facebook released their infamous social search also known as Open Graph Search. People went into a frenzy not knowing what they are really showing to the public and what they are saving for themselves and their close friends and relatives, which caused a series of Facebook Privacy posts all over the internet, yet they forgot completely about the things they thought no one knew about, and I’m talking about their Facebook search history.

Little did you know but Facebook saves your Open Graph Search information allowing you to browse you past search history, and oh boy this can be very embarrassing to see how many times you searched your ex-girlfriends name or something as addicting as Candy Crush Saga. But fear no more, here is a quick and handy trick that will remove the Facebook Stalker badge from your chest and let you breathe in peace.

Step 1 – Facebook Recent Activity Tab

Facebook Activity Log Button The Recent Activity Tab on Facebook holds inside all the information about your actions within Facebook, even though this information is private to you only and can’t be accessed from another person’s profile, when a friend comes over, he can see that info with a click of a button.

Step 2 – Expand Recent Activity List

Click More As you can see, the Search history is not visible right away, because Facebook has no interest in showing you that information, it would rather have you go tag some people, like some stuff or just go check out your Facebook Apps, but by clicking the More button you will unveil the complete list of options the Activity Tab has to offer.

Step 3 – Facebook Search History

SearchClear Searches

In the expanded list we are going to ignore the massive amount of options presented and choose Search to see our History. As you can see my search history is not that embarrassing, I’m just addicted to Candy Crush Saga, but we may never know who our friend is stalking on Facebook, and checking the history when someone isn’t looking may unveil some really interesting secrets that are sure to satisfy you Facebook stalking needs.

Step 4 – Removing Facebook Search History

Clear Searches Empty Searches

The best part is that you can clean all that embarrassing Facebook Stalking history with a simple click of a button, all you have to do is click the Click Searches button and then confirm that you really wish to remove all that data and that’s it, your search history is now empty and you can once again stalk people on Facebook without the fear of them ever knowing about it, even if they check your computer. Happy Stalking.
